I think the university should realise that we need to make unconventional plans -
since the decision was made to move so many students and staff while building is still
in progress, some buildings are closed for renovations and so many have been converted
to office space. Our main objective i.e teaching has been compromised.

At approximately 5pm on September 13, 2005, a swtich has been changed in the Science Building of UKZN, Howard College Campus. It resulted in downtime for several machines for several days.
